Three injured in Texas City refinery fire

According to an article on abc13.com, three workers were injured in an early morning fire at a refinery in Texas City. Marathon Petroleum Corporation reported that the fire occurred at around 2:45 am, injuring three employees, one badly. According to Marathon, the seriously injured contract employee was sent to a burn center in Galveston, Tex. via LifeFlight, while the two other contract employees were treated for minor injuries and then released.
According to reports, the section of the refinery that caught fire was closed at the time for planned maintenance. The exact cause of the fire is presently unknown and remains under investigation.
