Rosenberg — Charter Bus Bound for Tennessee Crashes into Guardrail on U.S. Route 59

Posted on Thursday, July 18th, 2019 at 8:09 pm by Williams Hart

At around 5:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 18, 2019, several people were sent to a hospital as a precaution after a bus accident occurred in Rosenberg, Texas.

According to initial reports, the bus belonged to Transportes Del Norte, and it was traveling along U.S. Route 59, headed for Tennessee, when all of a sudden, it crashed into a guardrail near the Texas State Highway 36 exit.

There were 33 people aboard the bus at the time of the crash, and they had to climb out of a window because the door of the bus was inoperable. No one suffered serious injuries, but a few were taken to a nearby hospital as a precaution.

Investigation is still ongoing for this accident.

It is great to hear that no one was seriously injured in this accident. Alas, there are countless other victims who are not as lucky. Vehicular accidents are a problem in this day and age, and yet, they still continue to happen on a regular basis. In a statistics provided by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), car accidents occur almost every minute of every day, and for every 16 minutes, someone dies from a car accident. This can be translated to be about 6 million car accidents every year and about 37,000 people dying from them.

An accident involving a bus is a particular kind of vehicular accident, and it is fairly common even though buses are often deemed as a safe mode of transportation. According to the NHTSA, between 2000 and 2007, there have been 1,093 fatal bus accidents, and from this number, about 1,315 people died, and 3,471 were injured. In other words, about 137 bus-crash-related fatalities occur ever year.

Vehicular accidents, especially bus accidents, are quite difficult to the victims and their respective families. Rosenberg — Woman Dies After Elderly Man Loses Control of Vehicle At Car Wash

Posted on Wednesday, May 1st, 2019 at 8:21 pm by Williams Hart

At approximately 10:45 a.m. on Sunday, April 28, 2019, a woman was killed in a freak vehicular accident that occurred in Rosenberg, Texas.

According to initial reports, the woman’s car was stopped at the Blue Wave Car Wash, located at 6622 Reading Road. An elderly man who was backing out of a parking space lost control of his vehicle, which then caused him to strike many vehicles, including the woman’s. The woman was then pinned against a steel beam, and she was brought to the hospital where she later died.

Investigation is still ongoing for this accident.

It is unfortunate to hear of the death of the unidentified woman. Alas, she is not the only one whose life is taken away by a vehicular accident. Car accidents are a problem in this day and age, and yet they still continue to happen on a regular basis. In a statistics provided by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), car accidents occur almost every minute of every day, and for every 16 minutes, someone dies from a car accident. This can be translated to be about 6 million car accidents every year and about 37,000 people dying from them.

Moreover, statistics show that about 16% of these car accidents are crashes where the vehicle leaves the road. In this type of car crash, a car would usually collide into a lamppost, a tree, or a building, etc. Lamppost and tree collisions comprise about 31% of fatalities in this type of vehicular accident.

Car accidents are quite difficult to the victims and their respective families. Thankfully, there are lawyers that specialize in car accidents, so if you are a victim of this kind of accident, or you know someone who is, or you lost a loved one because of this, then please never hesitate to ask for help from these lawyers.
